MY HAWAII - Breakfast at Plumeria Beach House

Stuffing myself to oblivion is really easy at this breakfast buffet at the Kahala Resort.

I can confidently say that the smoked salmon is the best I've ever had. The second best thing at this buffet is the Kahala thin pancakes. I don't have a picture of these because I was too eager to eat them!

Here, you can pile your plate high with portugese sausage (a local favorite), and other breakfast staples like bacon, link sausage, eggs from the egg station, fresh pastries, fresh fruit, and even have a bowl of miso soup.

Also, don't forget to say hello to the dolphins that live at the resort!

MY HAWAII - Waimanalo Bay

One of my favorite beaches on Oahu! Located on the east side of the island, just past Hawaii Kai, Waimanalo Bay has beautiful white sand and turquoise blue waters.

The waves are good for body surfing, and the beach is big enough so that you don't really notice the other people that are there.
